Join us every 3rd Saturday for a beginner-friendly class which is healthy for the body and mind.

We all know that yoga can prevent illness and injury. But did you know that it can also help reduce the burden of several chronic issues such as arthritis, pain management, cardiovascular disease & even depression and anxiety. Come join us and improve your flexibility, balance, and so much more!

In May, we are so excited to welcome back Meagan Terry back to the Lifestyle Docs Clinic. She had a beautiful baby boy last year and is now back to share her amazing yoga skills with the Lifestyle Docs Community. She will do a beginner’s Hath Yoga Class. To register for the class, please enter your name and email below and then click on Add to Cart button. Cost of class for community is $10. For Lifestyle Members, thethere is no cost for the class and they may register here or by emailing Sakinah at [email protected]

Movement

In addition to yoga, on the third Saturday we will feature a rotating set of classes such as Tai Chi, Qigong, Zumba, pilates, and Strength Training classes.

In April we featured our very first Qigong class at Lifestyle Docs. Introduction to Medical Qigong. This is an ancient Chinese healing practice that combines gentle movements, breathwork, and meditation to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, known as Qi. Specific exercises and techniques harness the Qi to cleanse, strengthen, and regulate the body’s energy system. It has been used to address a wide range of physical emotional and psychological conditions and offers a gentle yet powerful approach to holistic health.
